And on Roddy's List, you buy this list, it's cheap, like a couple hundred bucks, and you can get the list of all the properties that are about to go foreclosed. And then you can door knock, you can go knock on the door, because even though it sounds predatory, it's actually not. Because if you go knock on the door and tell this person, hey, I'll give $200,000 for the house that you are in foreclosure because you owe $50,000, that actually gets them out of bank foreclosure and gives them the extra money that the bank was going to write off for them.
