InsideCarBuying.com charges a flat fee and money-back guarantee to find and negotiate the cheapest matching car for you. Sam sees a sole-proprietor business begging to be re-packaged and marketed better.

He scours the web, finds cars that match that criteria, and then negotiates for you and says, all right, this is the cheapest one. And if he can't get you a good deal or you can't save at least the $400 or $500 that you pay him, you get your money back. And it's so fascinating that this exists because it actually doesn't sound that challenging.
