Sam celebrates Brent Underwood (Ryan Holiday's Daily Stoic partner), who moved to the bought-up ghost town Cerro Gordo during COVID and has been retrofitting it alone in the middle of nowhere, documenting it on YouTube to millions of views before he can rent it out.
