Jim the snake guy: drives out, removes rattlesnakes for free
Shaan marvels at Jim Hale, a Dumbledore-bearded vegan-since-the-1950s who, while others quoted $800-$1,000 to remove a 4-foot rattlesnake, drove out of the city with his sister in the car and did it for free purely because he loves animals.
“And all the other guys are quoting me like $800, $1,000 to come remove this snake. And I'm like, dude, you could charge any amount of money to remove a rattlesnake and it's going to basically get accepted. And so I'm like, all right, whatever. And they're like, this guy Jim can do it. I'm going to call him right now. They three-way him into the call. He's like, hey, oh, you got a rattlesnake? He gets excited. He's like, I can get there in 30 minutes.”
