Returns refurbishment service: fix sent-back items so brands can resell as new

Shaan describes Sonny Byrd, who turned his own apparel-returns headache into a refurbishment business: he restitches tags, removes stains, and re-steams returned items, then offers it to any brand for about $7 per item so they can resell goods as new.

“And once he started doing it for himself, he was like, oh cool, I could just make this any brand. You could just, if you have items like this, just send 'em to us. We'll turn 'em over $7 per item or something like that. And then we'll like, you can go resell that item. We, we brought it back to life for you to be able to resell it as new.”
